WARTSILA has recently confirmed that it will provide the LNG Fuel Gas Supply Systems (FGSS) for four upcoming 23,000 TEU container vessels under construction for CMA CGM at the Hudong Zhonghua shipyard in China, reports London's Port Technology.

This latest contract, recorded as an order intake for Wartsila in the second quarter of 2023, marks a continued partnership between Wartsila and CMA CGM, with Wartsila supplying fuel gas supply systems for CMA CGM vessels.



Over the past six years, Wartsila has been entrusted with supplying FGSS systems for a total of 30 newbuild vessels for CMA CGM, reflecting a long-standing collaboration between the two companies.
