ONE enhances Middle East/Indian Subcontinent to Europe services

SINGAPORE-HEADQUARTERED Japanese carrier, Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced that its enhancing its weekly services between Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Europe effective from January 2021 to deliver a more efficient and comprehensive service network.

The Indian Ocean Service (IOS), operated by Hapag Lloyd and ONE, has been revamped with a new rotation of Jebel Ali, Karachi, Nhava Sheva, Hazira, Mundra, Jeddah WB, Tangier, Rotterdam, Hamburg, London, Antwerp, Tangier, Jeddah and returning back to Jebel Ali.
The carrier announced that it was joining CMA CGM and Cosco Shipping to enhance the Indian Ocean Service 2 (IO2) service. The revamped port rotation of the IO2 service is: Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi, Port Qasim, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Jeddah, Tangier, Southampton, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Le Havre, Algeciras, Jeddah and returning to Jebel Ali.
In a statement ONE said; "IOS and IO2, as dedicated services between Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Europe will offer competitive transit times and provide more service frequencies in the market. By including Tangier and Algeciras port calls, Ocean Network Express will also offer diverse solutions to customers."
