        北海一座累计产油超 42 年、重达 17200 吨的海上平台上部组块，近期完成一次性整体吊离拆除。瑞士海工工程巨头 Allseas 利用重型起重船，将该平台组块整体脱离钢制导管架并装船，正式启运上岸，进入拆解与资源回收阶段。

        Allseas 宣布，旗下Pioneering Spirit号起重船以整体单吊方式，成功拆除英国北海 North Cormorant 平台 17200 吨上部组块，正式拉开 2026 年度海上吊装作业季的序幕。目前，该退役平台上部组块已安全装船，正驶往设得兰群岛 Dales Voe 基地，后续将开展整体拆解与材料循环再利用工作。

        Allseas 表示：“本次成功拆除，源于多年周密规划、专业工程技术积累与多方紧密协同。项目陆上及海上专业团队历时四个月完成全部海上前置准备，最终保障吊装作业顺利落地。”

        本次作业在 Oceanic 公司协同配合下完成，团队顺利实施平台结构改造、吊点安装、导管与立管切割分离，实现上部组块与下部钢制导管架完全脱离。

        这是 Allseas 依据与 TAQA UK 签署的北海北部多年退役总包合同，完成的第二座平台上部组块拆除工程。此前团队已于 2025 年顺利完成 Eider Alpha 平台退役拆除作业。

        按照整体规划，该退役项目将为 TAQA 四座海上平台累计拆除超 12 万吨海上设施。本次 North Cormorant 整体吊装，恰逢Pioneering Spirit号在 Yme 油田完成全球首次商业化整体吊装作业十周年，具有行业里程碑意义。

        Allseas 指出：“十年前，大型海上设施整体吊装还是全新技术方案；如今已成为老旧海工装备上岸退役的成熟、可靠工艺。而 North Cormorant 平台拆除，仅是 2026 年作业季的开端。本年度吊装作业季已全面启动，后续将覆盖油气设施退役拆除、油气装备安装、海上风电工程等多领域作业。在此向所有参与本次吊装筹备的工作人员致以祝贺。”

        本次拆除标志着英国北海又一老牌主力油气生产设施正式终结服役生命周期，为当地长达数十年的油气开发历史画上阶段性句号。

        North Cormorant 平台于 1982 年 2 月投产，2024 年 6 月正式停产，作为 Cormorant 油田核心设施，稳定服役超过 42 年。平台坐落于北海北部、阿伯丁东北约 500 公里海域，不仅承担自身油气生产任务，还作为区域汇集枢纽平台，为 Causeway、Fionn、Otter、Eider 等多个卫星油田提供生产支撑，是推动北海北部成为欧洲核心油气产区的标志性海工设施之一。

More than four decades after first producing oil, a 17,200-ton North Sea platform has been lifted from its steel jacket in a single operation and loaded aboard a heavy-lift vessel, owned by Switzerland-based offshore contractor Allseas, marking the start of its final journey to shore for dismantling and recycling. 

Allseas has announced that its Pioneering Spirit vessel kicked off the 2026 lift season with the single-lift removal of the 17,200-ton North Cormorant topsides from the UK North Sea. As a result, the former production platform is now safely aboard the ship and on its way to Dales Voe, Shetland, where it will be dismantled and its materials prepared for reuse and recycling.

The firm emphasized: “The achievement reflects several years of careful planning, engineering expertise and close collaboration, culminating in a four-month offshore preparation campaign led by our skilled onshore and offshore teams.”

Crews, supported by Oceanic, carried out structural modifications, installed lift points, separated conductors and risers, and completed the final separation of the topsides from its steel jacket. This is the second topsides removal completed by the company under its multi-year Northern North Sea decommissioning contract with TAQA UK, following Eider Alpha in 2025.

The wider program will see more than 120,000 tonnes of offshore infrastructure removed from four TAQA platforms, according to Allseas. North Cormorant's lift comes exactly ten years after Pioneering Spirit's first commercial single lift at Yme.

Allseas highlighted: “What began as a new way of removing large offshore structures has, over the past decade, become a proven solution for bringing ageing infrastructure back to shore. And North Cormorant is only the start.

“The 2026 lift season is now underway, with a diverse programme ahead across decommissioning, oil and gas installation and offshore wind. Congratulations to everyone involved in getting North Cormorant ready for lift-off.”

This removal marks the physical end of another long-running production chapter for the UK North Sea, as another piece of offshore infrastructure moves into its final segment onshore. North Cormorant came online in February 1982 and ceased production in June 2024, following more than four decades of operations as part of the Cormorant field development.

 

Located in the Northern North Sea, around 500 kilometers northeast of Aberdeen, North Cormorant, which served as a host for production from several fields, including Causeway, Fionn, Otter and Eider, was among the offshore facilities that helped establish the area as a major oil-producing region.
