        宁波东方电缆股份有限公司（Orient Cable，NBO）已为中国长江三峡集团有限公司（China Three Gorges Corporation，CTG）完成16兆瓦漂浮式风电示范平台的海底电缆敷设作业。该平台搭载的风机为目前全球单机容量最大漂浮式风力发电机组。

        东方电缆表示，这是中国首条用于漂浮式风电的66千伏动态海缆。企业全程负责该动态海缆的设计、供货与敷设施工。据介绍，该海缆经针对性优化设计，可抵御 20 米以上极端浪高，能够在恶劣海洋工况下稳定服役 25 年。

        5 月 2 日，三峡集团在广东阳江离岸 70 余公里、水深超 50 米海域，完成 “三峡领航号（Sanxia Linghang/Three Gorges Pilot）” 16 兆瓦漂浮式风电平台就位安装。

        该平台由 16 兆瓦风电机组、半潜式漂浮基础及新型系泊系统组成，总长约 80.8 米、宽 91 米，排水量 24100 吨。风机叶轮直径达 252 米，扫风面积约等于 7 个标准足球场，叶片顶端最大高度超 270 米。

        据三峡集团介绍，“三峡领航号” 专为恶劣近海工况打造，可耐受 20 米以上巨浪，最大抗风速可达 73 米/秒。

NBO says this is the first 66 kV dynamic cable for floating wind installed in China. The company’s scope encompassed the design, supply and installation of the dynamic cable, which has been engineered to withstand extreme wave heights of over 20 meters and support 25 years of service in severe marine environments, according to NBO.

CTG installed the 16 MW Sanxia Linghang (Three Gorges Pilot) floating wind platform on May 2 at a site located more than 70 kilometers off Yangjiang, Guangdong, where water depths exceed 50 meters.

The platform, which consists of a 16 MW turbine, a semi-submersible floating foundation and a new mooring system, measures approximately 80.8 meters in length and 91 meters in width, with a displacement of 24,100 tons. The turbine features a 252-meter rotor diameter, with a swept area equivalent to around seven football fields and a blade tip height of over 270 meters.

CTG says Sanxia Linghang is designed for harsh offshore conditions, built to withstand wave heights above 20 meters and wind speeds of up to 73 m/s.
